 Roof Waterproofing Accessories Non Slip TPO Walkway Pad

Walk-way Pad is a kind plastic non-slip walk-way pad produced from PVC/TPO resin, specially designed for single ply waterproofing system to take anti-slip performance or protect membrane when walk on it.

TPO Walkway Roll incorporates an aggressive, non-slip, diamond plate tread pattern of polyester reinforced TPO material that offers excellent tear and puncture resistance. Walkway Rolls are trimmed in safety yellow along the length of the sheet to better define the walkway area. The yellow edges are smooth without safety lugs to allow for easier welding.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
1. Ensure membrane surface is clean, completely dry, and free of debris.
2. Place the TPO Walkway Pad over the TPO membrane with the textured side up. Cut the
material into lengths that can be handled easily. Allow the pad to relax prior to installation.
3. Install the TPO Walkway Pad in maximum 10' (3 m) long sections with a space between each
section to allow for proper drainage. Position the pad so that it does not result in ponding water.
4. Avoid applying the walkway pad over TPO membrane seams and detail flashings.
5. Fully heat weld the perimeter of each section of TPO Walkway Pad to the TPO roof
membrane, leaving one or two 1" gaps in the weld at the low side of the pad to allow for the escape of
inadvertent moisture.
